Possible kha'zix and bush bug

I was in ranked solo Q game, the enemy kha'zix remained invisible in the bush, even when someone was inside the bush (which should grant vision). This happened 2 times, once in the blue buff bush (blue side), i was killing the blue buff, and kha'zix attacked me from the bush, even tho i stepped on the bush and he wasn't there, he also didn't use his jump, neither his ult. Happened again later, when I was in the top lane bush (the one near the red side turret), I was standing on the bush, waiting for the enemy top laner to push the lane, so I could gank, and suddently kha'zix appeared next to me and killed me, himself said in /all chat that he was inside the bush the whole time).
