I got put into low priority queue and I couldnt even get into the game

This is the second time this has happened in 5 games. I try to get into the game, and for whatever reason, either through bug splatting or RADS errors, I can't join the game right after freaking champ select. Then I get put into low priority queue because of leaverbuster even though I COULDNT JOIN THE GAME IN THE FIRST PLACE!? How is it my fault that the game itself refused to open for me, even though I tried over and over to connect, but the game freaking crashes. I tried repairing the client, resetting the router, reinstalling the game, updating the drivers, everything possible besides hailing Teemo (because screw teemo) and I get punished even though its not particularly my fault. Sorry Riot for this rant but its freaking annoying having to wait 20 minutes for 5 games for things I couldn't control.
