Glitchy Client

Recently (within the month) my client has been pretty glitchy... a couple of things that happen:

1. Can't login, tells me to check internet/vpn (works after a couple of tries)
2. "Your Session has expired, please login to continue" or something along those lines when I afk and do nothing with the client open and logged in.
3. Frozen Client, friends invite me to a game, takes a long to accept the invite, then can't press anything else and have to force close the client
4. Logged in with 0 friends online, have to restart for it to work again...

Initiated a full repair thing, and I feel like that made it worse...

I've never really had problems with League before. Yet, now, when I do, multiple things pop up at once. Any idea how to fix this? Or feel free to share your thoughts/ frustration if you're experiencing anything similar!
