Friend list and Icon not appearing

Hi, I'm not sure what's going on, but lately my client has been really buggy. Today, I ran into a bug where my friendslist won't show up and my summoner icon won't show either. Any idea how to fix this? I initiated a full repair and there's still issues.

this shit has been happening to me too, the solution I have found its that you have to go to your folder where its league of legends then just delete the riot client and run league of legends from the old version
