WW ult bouncing of champs and not working like it should

Played a game with WW ( a higher win rate champ for me ) and his ult off any champ was bouncing off them and he would just stand still for a few secs. His delayed auto atk are being really unresponsive as well. Atk speed over 1.06 and slower then having no items at all. His lag and delay with hits ruins games!
