Game loads at 0% until I disconnect and reconnect

It shows everyone at 0% and does not work until I close the window and reconnect, wherein it says I don't have internet connection when I clearly do, and then after clicking the cancel button and reconnecting again I can get on after a slight delay, where I stay at 0% for about 4 seconds and then go to about 12% and suddenly I'm in game, before even reaching 50%.
