[CLIENT] No runes, No Icons, can't load profile, loot or champions. (Solved)

I was loading into a ranked game when I noticed I didn't have access to any of my runes. I had played a game a couple of hours before. I dodged and relogged and found I was unable to acess any of my runes. I was also unable to access my champions, my profile and where the profile overview was it said I had no champion mastery.

As I was typing this, a restart message came up and it fixed the issue. However it costed me a dodge, which sucks.
