Looting and Crafting Button/Tab in client.

I was wondering if you guys could really dive into a lot of issues arriving from the looting and crafting tab in client. It seems like there is always a problem when I click on it like my client crashes or just recently it just exits itself and now I can't get back in. Everytime I try I click play then as It goes to the login screen it closes itself. I literally cannot play this game because of what is going on with the looting and crafting.
