Aram turret bugs & Lissandras ult bug

Riot the aram turrets are still bugged. The damage, turret range, and turret attack speed is still bugged. One second the turret will do little damage like they are suppose to then all of a sudden they do around 25% on the first shot on you. The range is a question aswell, I killed someone in turret range and i was at the health pack on the tier 1 turret and it attacked me and killed me. Also just getting out of another aram as lissandra I was killed when i was in liss ult. idk how but I ulted in the middle of the enemy team and they attacked me and I ulted the animation went through, i was not ignited my health bar turned gold i wasnt able to be attacked and I was killed
