i can't ask riot

so i wanted to ask riot something so i went to the ask riot thing and it told me im not logged in. I'm thinking ok I was logged in on this version of the leagueoflegends.com but i guess its seperate. so i log into your new client login thing and i try to ask riot again. well it comes up with the "log in to ask riot" bullshit again. everytime i click it it brings me to the login page and before it can load brings me back to the ask riot page where it tells me once again that im not logged in. ffs riot.

also the question i wanted to ask was when udyr is finally not going to look like a dorito bag with poop flavor thats been attacked by a rabid dog.
