why doesn't poppy's e interupt non CC dashes?

I've been playing poppy a lot lately and noticed that her e does not properly interupt dashes like it should. It gets really annyoing when you line up a wall stun on or mid dash, only to have their dash take priority over poppy's causing me to stop at the target instead. I even heroic charged the scuttle crab and it troll juked away without getting pushed to the wall.

I'm pretty sure this is a bug
