Yasuo no crits at random

Gameplay bug. So the bug is at random Yasuo will not crit with his Steel Tempest or auto at random, even though having 100% crit chance. The bug is every time I play Yasuo and I will notice it when either fighting champions or even minions, it's very irritating.
