edit: i relogged and it finally worked but it doesn't permanently fix it

Same thing for me. Did a full repair and the error still comes up. Trying to create a different lobby eg Co-Op vs Ai seems to fix it temporarily...

I also get this error sometimes, and moments after, I am getting "Trying to reconnect" message. After it disappears I can create a match. But from the 7.21 patch the "Trying to reconnect" can randomly appear every minute on the screen, it is driving me crazy, because in game I don't have any lag problems.
