[Gameplay] Ahri R should start cooldown upon death; the similar Kha'Zix R already does
Not technically a bug as much as it is a quality of life adjustment, but if Ahri dies while she has charges of her ult available, its cooldown should instantly start rather than waiting for the timer to run itself out. Those seconds can often make a large impact when the game state or the map provides for shorter death timers.
Though it's a similar mechanic, I have confirmed that this does not happen with Kha'Zix's ult; its cooldown starts immediately upon the ability's first cast.
I haven't personally checked whether this occurs to a lesser extent with anyone who has abilities with multiple casts, like Irelia's R or Rumble's E.

- Zyra passive on quick cast is erratic
- Zyra can use trinket while in passive
- Inactive Heimerdinger turrets not damaged by Rift Herald
