[GAMEPLAY] Katarinas Ult (ping) does not work when it's available

So when I hold Alt and press my Ult it won't say anything in the chat because Katarina's ult only shows that its clickable when a enemy is in your ults range. but when a enemy is NOT in your ults range and your ult isnt clickable then you cant hold Alt and click your R button to notify your team that your ult is ready.

Hopefully it will be fixed.
