Katarina abilties don't work right?

I don't know if anyone else is experiencing this but when I played Katarina and I do my usual combo (which I legit never mess up, rare) Q > E > W > R> Ignite

I "Q" a person then I press "E" and then "W" then I spam press "R" because It won't work at all. I have to keep pressing it for it to work. So finally my Ult works but it was way too late.

I also notice I was at my tower attack minions Auto Attacking them and I saw that Syndra was coming and I SPAM CLICKED to run away but I kept Auto Attacking and I was not lagging I was taking the minions damage away syndra was hurting me and I kept spamming to run away (spam clicking) then after getting damaged pretty bad from syndra I finally was able to walk around.

I don't know what's going on but I hope this can get fixed because I can't play correctly. I have to spam click and spam tap my keyboard and no it is not lag. It is not my keyboard. My keyboard works fine.

No I am not lagging. Anyone else experiencing this?
