[GAMEPLAY] Two Issues with Kalista

When leveling up Kalista's Rend, the amount of slow shown in the base tooltip and the tooltip that's shown when you mouse over the level up button are not the same.

You can only stack up to 254 spears on a single target. While this usually would not be an issue in regular games, implying that it stacks infinitely is misleading.
