The player disconnected before first blood was drawn, so they get to remake.
Even if someone connects at the start, if they disconnect later on and stay disconnected for at least 90 seconds, a remake can still happen, provided they disconnected before first blood happened.
Besides, no one has to physically disconnect from the game, they just need to be flagged as AFK for at least 90 seconds by the 3 minute mark, and that is completely possible without disconnecting from the game. Looking at the Wukong, since he has no farm as the jungler and no damage dealt or taken at all, I'm going to guess that he went AFK or disconnected after he bought his starting item.
