no one was disconnected, all 5 were there, they all bought starting items, this system is horrible honestly, but considering response one was an excuse for it, i'm probably gonna get nowhere here

thanks for the response, although i think it's stupid it works that way, i guess that's how it is.

Even if someone connects at the start, if they disconnect later on and stay disconnected for at least 90 seconds, a remake can still happen, provided they disconnected before first blood happened.

Besides, no one has to physically disconnect from the game, they just need to be flagged as AFK for at least 90 seconds by the 3 minute mark, and that is completely possible without disconnecting from the game. Looking at the Wukong, since he has no farm as the jungler and no damage dealt or taken at all, I'm going to guess that he went AFK or disconnected after he bought his starting item.

this still isn't my problem, i had someone dcd up until literally 2:57, and it said i couldn't even start the vote, why the hell do they get to then, we didn't get first blooded, he was dcd for 2:57 total, and joins in the last 3 seconds, and i still had to play

how is this fair?

Well, I don't have anything to say about that other than it does sound like a bug in the system. As expected, there is likely going to be some bugs since it hasn't been out for too long, which is really unfortunate for some players. The particular instance in your OP does not sound like a bug, at least not based on what has been released from Riot about the system. That's all I can really say.
