5.5 Patch not loading

First, after I ran LoL client, my whole screen would freeze, so I rebooted my PC and everything seemed to work fine. I re installed LoL and after it came on the updating 5.5 Patch stage, it would stop at 0 KBps at any point from 33% of step 2 to 90% and I un/re installed it again but the same problem is occurring.
