Started game with no skillshots, names, or health bars viible. Menus didn't work, relaunching did

Started a game and was unable to see skillshots, summoner names, or health bars. Also teammates icons usually in bottom right were not all there and one was overtop of the game time. Had to relogin to fix. Wasted my time and my teams time. I want some free stuff for having to deal with this.
