Warwick ult not suppressing
In a recent match my jungler was Warwick and he ulted the enemy darius during the suppression however darius was able to ult as well. This must be a bug because he shouldn't be able to do anything while suppressed.

You may want to reproduce it and see if it happens again. Ask a friend to help or something.
Afterwards, yes you can submit a bug report with it.
It's possible that the Darius queued his ult a split second before the Warwick ult hit him, so Riot spaghetti code decided, "okay it still goes off." It's a 'bug' that's been around for a long time with all kinds of heavy cc.
Darius Ult is like a Lux ult. Once it starts you either kill em or its gunna get you.
