Warwick ult not suppressing

In a recent match my jungler was Warwick and he ulted the enemy darius during the suppression however darius was able to ult as well. This must be a bug because he shouldn't be able to do anything while suppressed.

You may want to reproduce it and see if it happens again. Ask a friend to help or something.

Afterwards, yes you can submit a bug report with it.

It's possible that the Darius queued his ult a split second before the Warwick ult hit him, so Riot spaghetti code decided, "okay it still goes off." It's a 'bug' that's been around for a long time with all kinds of heavy cc.

Similar to how Tristana's jump has the delay in animation that isnt stopped by blitz pull if it hits before she actually jumps but after she queued it to jump

it's not a bug

It's called buffering CC, you can also attack-click before getting stunned while dashing and as soon as the dash finishes the auto attack goes through even though you were stunned mid dash

Hence the quotation marks around bug. It's not a bug, but everyone thinks it is.
