Pls disable Fiora for a while

I've found 2 guaranteed bugs, and a third that I'm pretty sure is also one.

1. My summoner spells got locked down after a died. I was unable to use them even though both were off CD. I had flash and teleport, but they were blacked out. After I Q'd they came back, but it took me a while to figure that out.
2. Her W got locked so I was unable to cast it for a while. It was off CD and I jammed the W but it didn't work at all. Then I q'd and I could use it.
3. Maybe I'm not hitting the champions, but there have been several instances when I'm playing her that she doesn't proc one of her vital's while her Ult is up. It's happened on several different champions, I'm dashing around attacking, then I move to another spot because I was sure I hit it, come to find out I didn't and die.

I'm sure there are more problems than those, which means that every Fiora player is hurting themselves and their teammates by playing a buggy champion. Please continue to work on her.
