Just lost a promo game because directx failed to run twice. Not sure why or what it means, first time this has happened ever. Someone help.

Personally I can't really help you other than telling you to uninstall/reinstall directx, but just for those who might could help you, were you ever able to make it into game? Did the error occur while going from lobby to load screen, or did it occur mid game? Did it totally crash your game? if you can just add a few more details is all I'm getting to
