Nightbringer yasuo bug or intended?

Why doesn't nightbringer yasuo have the tornado chime? It literally has no sound please tell me whats happening i spent 1850 rp on this skin and no chime sound. [zombie-nunu-bummed] Also it does not say the sound was removed in patchnotes too???

It's a bug that appeared after the release of the odyssey event as well as the new yasuo skin. I have no more information about that... hope they fix it.
