[CLIENT] Hud blurry + odd visuals

Today during an aram game, my hud started bugging out. I first noticed it when I got skill points to level up my skills, which had odd columns of yellow glowing on them. Next I noticed the circle-border around my champ portrait to be blurry, along with the symbol in the top right corner next to the time. This isn't a problem with my resolution, because I haven't changed it recently and this is the first time it occurred. The visual bug lasted from the start of the game until the end.
