Client Freeze bug? Here it is.

This is a serious issue that I've been randomly reporting this year(not nearly as much as I should). Riot does not care. Riot will not refund your points. Riot will apparently not even read this and probably doesn't know this problem exist. Every time This crap happens since this year, I've come to TRY to log on and report it(I capitalize TRY because it wouldn't let me log in to report this issue more than HALF the times). Nothing has come of it. This is happening almost everyday for me. Not always ranked(most of the time it is), but its obviously that much worse when it is. I've lost promo's a couple of times because of this bullcrap. This is a serious issue that does not get any attention and no one apparently cares. I've def. lost somewhere over 50 LP and a few promo's because of this! I'm guessing riot is just trying its best to say fuck you. This isn't fair. I know I'm not the only one, but it certainly feels like it when I skim through this crap and rarely see this issue come up. But it does happen. And it's about time you DID SOMETHING about this. AT LEAST refund our points, or give me an email saying, I acknowledge your problem, and we are gona do something about it. Give me that false hope AT LEAST. As for the issue. Here it is: Client decides to... Freeze AFTER i clicked accept for a match in league (this is happens alot!) Freeze as It finally lets me choose a champion in draft mode Freeze as I click on the champion in draft/blindpick. Freeze as I switch masteries/runes. Freeze as I type in chat to type position I want Freeze as it shifts from blue team to red team selecting champs Freeze as the game is done with champ select and it starts the match i.e. takes you to the champ select loading screen, but in MY case, it just freezes lol Freeze as I lose wifi connection and reconnect Freeze after I click on reconnect to chat after I lose connection Freeze as I minimize league to do something else while waiting for timer to expire Freeze as I browse the internet and do some random thing in league(I can't tell you what caused it because this one is really random, and I can't even tell what its from, but I didn't minimize league so its not from that) Freeze because of the reason the original poster of this thread has already said.

I think these are all the different times I've frozen during the game, I wouldn't doubt there are more way's of freezing that other people have experienced, but for me this is it for what I can remember. AND just because I freeze doesn't mean I can't play the same game I froze in, as I have been dealing with this issue for awhile, I've figured out ways of playing the game as this issue goes on, depending on what point of champ select did I freeze, but it makes things harder on me as the gamer to play. For example, as I freeze randomly, usually its during my champ select phase, and I usually play the same champion so I get lucky enough to have the right runes/masteries, so when I do freeze, i Know the game wont exit me out until I exit out the client, so I have to wait 5 minutes and then exit it out just so I can make sure I'm in the game for sure and not Lose LP which is pretty important. When I play with friends, usually this issue happened to me already and its happened enough times with them to know that when this happens, they need to dodge so I dont have the extra time penalty from dodging a game because they know chances are good I've already 'dodged' once or twice that day already. That being said, It's not an exaggeration that I've lost 50 LP, that's an approximation, I'm sure I've lost more, but I've definitely lost a couple promo's because of it. This isn't fair. I will start logging this issue today for every time this happens. 11/25/2015 -3 LP after I clicked accept for a ranked solo/duo queue. 11/26/2015 -3 LP after I clicked soraka and went to change runes to soraka ones. It froze on me when I clicked the rune List. My client froze that is*. Ranked solo/duo queue. I tried to play it out because I was confident with Zac masteries/runes to win. SO I waited it out because i did click on a champion I wanted to play and therefore waited 5 minutes after the fact, then closed the client hoping its gona tell me to reconnect after I restarted client and it told me I had to wait 1 more minute to re queue because I dodged. Another pointless lp Loss. Ty riot.
