Cannot Connect to League Voice

Trying to play a premade right now and whenever I click "connect" to league voice it indicates that it has... then I close the window and open it again and I'm disconnected.

I have repeated this on multiple accounts and logins. League voice seems to be currently bugged for some individuals.
