[CLIENT] Blank Champion Select Screen

So I recently played a game with a few friends and we got into champion select, for me I had gotten a completely blank screen, forcing me to dodge. But, after I dodged, the Champion Select continued to go on, giving me a cooldown still.

Notice in the Chat, It clearly shows that I had left the lobby, but it still continues to go on.

Seem's kinda unfair that I had to be given a cooldown because of this, it's not like I have a low end PC or anything that would cause this to happen, it's most likely the client.
