Team Builder Has Major Issues

In Team Builder queue and everything is going well.... join a team and we need 3 more slots, they fill up within 20 seconds and we ready up! But wait what's this? We're waiting and then boom! "Your group has been disbanded" That's weird i'm not sure why that happened maybe the leader didn't like our comp? Re-do queue wait 2 mins.... full party...we all press ready...."Your group has been disbanded"
