Left click to move wont work & runic bulwark

For some reason my movement controls( which should have been default) were changed. Now i cant move with my left click but i can still attack if im within my attack range or, select units just not move. it wont move me to my attack target, i must be already within range.

I have no idea how or why it changed am unable to change it back.

Also in the 1 game i played today when i discovered this problem when i pressed tab to look ate everyone's items the icon for Aegis was replaced with the icon for runic bulwark(rip) for 2 seconds before it went back to aegis.
