Serious Problem

People have been reporting individual abilities on certain champs are not working. Problem is this bug is not just a few different champs, the bug is global and it can happen on any champion in any game at anytime. Ranked games are in danger the most. Because if Champion abilities are no longer available the enemy team just got a handicap and thee affected summoner is probably going to be extremely angry or upset.

To mention exactly what is happening, at random times of Death in games on all maps, Champion abilities Q,W,E,R usually the Q and R stop working. When you push the button nothing happens for the rest of the game. Refreshing key bindings does not work. Logging out does not work. Literally the skill gets disabled.
