raptors ward bug

the enemy team smite-stole raptors, then an ally puts a ward down. this ward consumes the raptores oracle buff, however here's the thing: the enemy jg was next to the raptor camp, and the ward had been placed in the brush the river brush that runs the length between the two barriers. the ward could see then enemy support at the time, but not the enemy jungler, however I guess because the jugler was seen by one of ouur champs and was in the range of the ward's vision the raptor buff was consumed even tho the ward couldn't spot the jungler (y'nkow, because of the wall). there were no other wards in the area, I know because we are the team with the wards the enemy's clearing lol xD
