[CLIENT] Doesn't load when opened

SO my client doesn't load for about 15 mins and when it finally shows up it shows this error:

This is in addition to the bug that LolClient.exe repeatedly fails to start LolClientRender.exe and LolClientRenderUx.exe as they open then terminate instantly.

What on earth is up with the buggy new client? I suspect bad coding :/ with no error handling or retrys.
