Yorick Mastery 7 Glitch

Hello, misanthropic distant normal-man here to get a problem sorted out.

I recently got my 3rd mastery 7 token for Yorick, and I already had a champion shard for him, so I crafted it.

I logged in today- a few days after it- to find that I still had all 3 tokens, but the shard was missing. Additionally, I was still level 6 in mastery. Any idea what happened and how it can be fixed?
