Patch 5.3 Camera Bug?

So I've noticed since the 5.3 patch my camera in game is extremely screwed up. When I press Y to lock the camera, it locks onto the champ, but it's not centered. It shifts down and to the left a bit. So the champ is actually towards the upper right corner of the screen. It still follows the champ and all but it's really messing with my head. Could this be fixed? I also saw a post about this in EUW boards. No answers yet though. Thanks
