Warning bug?

I'm not too sure if this is a bug or not but I recently (earlier today) had chat restriction (this isn't the bug) and since I have chat restriction I just decide not to type and when I logged in like 5 minutes ago I had a pop up saying I was reported for offensive language. I had a lot of chat restrictions before but never a pop up stating I did something that I didn't do. It might be a late warning pop up because last time I played was in new years and since I didn't care about LoL I was just blasting people.
