Brand passive is bugged beyond believe

so does 2% of your CURRENT HP as damage. while brand passive (1 stack only) does 2% OF YOUR MAX HP as damage.

now tell me how is it possible that on an ezreal liandrys does 10 dmg when he is alrdy missing 200 hp

and my passive does 8?

THE PASSIVE IS MAX HP % so it should always do the same dmg. while liandrys should do less and less the lower the enemy gets bugged.
