[CRASH] Accessing the Hextech Crafting section in queue crashed the client; no bugsplat

While in queue for Normal Draft pick, I decided to take a quick look at the Hextech Crafting section of the client to pass the time. A moment after I clicked on the button, the client crashed. There was no bugsplat screen.
