Pbe Client patcher reset?

*I can't post this in the pbe section as I haven't created a summoner yet

So, I got accepted to the PBE, and I downloaed the client. I started up the patcher, but I didn't quite finish the download and it closed at around 60 percent. When I rebooted the patcher, it started patching from 0 percent again. Wth?
