Surrender voting system bug - premade smurfs use this bug to maintain their accounts in low elo
Let's say the game is team A vs team B, and team B consist of 5 premade players. If team A vote to surrender and succeed, the premade team B can revert the result by immediately vote to surrender right after they see the in game chat message saying team A agree to surrender. In this case, even team A surrender first and team B surrender after that, the system will still count a win to team A and a lost to team B. The key for achieving this is to have 5 premade players so that they can react quickly and consistently after they know team A have surrendered.
I recently played against two groups of people who use borrowed/purchased low elo accounts and torture Iron/bronze players to have fun. They wanted to lose most games in order to keep their accounts in low elo and they used this bug to achieve that. They can do whatever to smash Iron/bronze players, but they can still lose if they want. In both games, our team surrendered first, but the premade purchased smurfs team just surrendered right after that and they lost the game as they wanted.
I don't know if this is a bug or it is intentionally designed in this way, but those people who purchase smurfs to have fun against low elo players are definitely taking advantage of this to maintain their low elo smurf accounts.
