Just played an ARAM and the enemies were just appearing next to us after a snowball hit, plus Lee's second Q and Leona's E didn't actually show their dash part. I don't think the marks were appearing either.
I watched the replay after and it was fine in that.
Dashes in general are messed up completely, but snowball is the one most annoying since everyone can equip it :D

Same thing happening to me. And it was an alistar of all champions!
I've also been having this issue, it's been going on a lot more frequently though. It's making the game unplayable.
