[Client] Client not displaying anything properly

Happened randomly overnight (a few nights ago, though), my client just stopped displaying stuff properly. Pictures are better than words, so here are screenshots I can't click on anything, except the first notice which sometimes doesn't even lead me to the one that's shown. Everything else within the client works fine, I can play and check my friends etc. It's just the notices part.

Edit: Only happens on EUW. I have an account on OCE and the client displays fine too. Sorry for posting on the NA boards when this only happens on EUW, but the EUW boards apparently believe I'm level 7 so I can't post there.
