Glitches that need to be fixed (LOOK RIOT)

Glitch: A glitch where your flash icon will show it's up early, but will not be able to be used... at all... for at least 30 seconds... This may not seem like much, but when you try to flash on someone, then end up dying because it didn't happen, it can cost the game...

Another is called the "hotkeys glitch" Where all bindings are erased, but not compeltely, if you click esc, it will show that all your hotkeys are how they should be. However you cannot buy from shop with p, you cannot cast any summoner spells unless you manually go to them, click them, click direction, and then it will go off... This is impossible to play with, you cannot use health pots if you don't click on them.... If you are playing Riven you have to manually go to your q, click it, click the direction, and then it will go off... playing Riven like that is literally impossible...

I have also seen a huge drop in service since 4.18 with about 20 random dc's in game... This is no fun with all these glitches, and to lose a game because of 4 30 second dc's is not fun...
