[gameplay] Tahm Kench's w sometimes goes on cd before spiting out a minion

Sometimes when Tahm Kench eats a minion (i'v only noticed this on minions) his w goes in cd before i spit it back out and i have to wait for it to expire before i can spit the minion back out back out.

Yes I noticed that too, it only happened once, but it really messed up things for my adc

this happens to me 50% of the time or more, makes the champ completely unplayable
