ssw skin thresh hook bug

this is my first discussion, i just played a game where the lane opponent was a thresh using the ssw skin and the hook was a bit bugged, me and my lane partner both saw it and mid when they ganked, when thresh was out of sight the hook came from imposable spots, like the wall between bushes, the wall itself. a few other less constant cases but clear when you see it. I'm not taking about the hit box, I'm saying the origin was wrong, how do i report this?

edit: forgot to mention i don't think the bug showed up for the thresh, witch makes it harder to pin down.
