Camera-Lock Bug

Just played a game and lost for 25 mins. Started making a super hard comeback, and it looked like we were about to win it. That is until My camera went to locked mode and froze that way right before the game deciding team fight. As a champion with 2 abilities outside of my range of sight, this pretty much ensured out loss.

Fix it.
