8 month old notification just showed up

So, sadly, I cannot provide any images before today showing I had no notifications, however this morning I logged in to notice that I had 2 notifications waiting for me. I checked them and they were 8 months old, but didn't show up until today. I figured someone should be aware in case it is something they want to review.
