Evelynn Empowered not triggering.

very simple To duplicate put two dummies side by side and wait until your E is empowered E the dummy and make sure the E hits both targets.

Now go W Q Q Q E and you'll notice the empowered strike does not mitigate to the second dummy, However W Q E does, as does W, Q, Q, E. something about that third Q is not allowing the empowered strike to strike the second target.

oh, I guess it might be important to note this glitch was discovered in Shadow evelynns skin, and has not been tested in the base skin.

This second Glitch may in fact be intentional, however it says on my R if target is bellow 30% Hp my ult does 800 dmg at level 18, and 400 to targets above 30%, I noticed on Jungle camps/Dragon it only does 260 (on elder) with no items, regardless of the dragons % hp.

Re-tested, this Empowered glitch is not present on the Tango Skin. Re-tested. Elder Dragon nerfed Damage not Present on Tango skin. Retesting Shadow evelynn. On retest of Shadow Evelynn, Empowered Glitch Present on Shadow eve. Dragon Glitch fixed itself. Retesting Tango. Glitch present on tango, every few attempts fixes itself. I believe the glitch is a problem with the hit box targetting of the attack. for example the ability reads Evelynn pulls herself to target, dealing dmg to champions in the way. If I come in on two Champions like this E----> (X1)(X2) where X is the target dummies and E is evelynn and --> is the direction of travel on the map. and Empower E X1 the damage spreads to X2 as well. if I go to X1 and go W Q Q Q E the damage does not spread to X2 all the time on the target dummy (most of the time it does not spread) which is fine in theory X2 shouldn't be in the way of the Empowered E, however it Works without the W Q Q Q E on the same angle.

Now one would think from reading the ability if I went E ---> (X1)(x2) by pressing W, Q Q Q E, and target X2 it would do Dmg to X1 and x2 however it only applies the damage to X2. In evelynns Base look no skin, this is how the interaction applies damage.

On retest of shadow Eve worked fine, dmg #s to dragon felt a little under what I was getting on a previous attempt. was only doing 200 on the cloud drake instid of the 386 I usually do on that attempt reviewed recordings and they showed a significant damage decrease.
