League of legends champion loading screen freeze with bug splat

It gets to me when you get into a game and it loads the champion screen "BUT!!!" I mean "BUTTTT..." Once in the that loading screen it takes a long time to load. Next thing you know you see your ping at the top left and the screen is frozen at 100%. What is that?! I mean seriously it needs to be fixed cause the champion loading screen bug right there freezes your league client and you have to task manager it to take it away. I don't like it cause it makes people remake. So I would appreciate it if Riot looked into it and fixed the issue.
