Summoners in a chat room no longer able to be invited from the "chat tab" in party invite.

Checked the last two patch notes and this was not listed as a change, but a couple days after the hextech crafting launched I am no longer able to invite anything from the "chat tab" of party invite, to be more specific nothing is ever listed there anymore regardless of whether I am in a chat room, club or anything. The only tab that still allows people to be invited from is the friends tab.

I literally used this all the time in lfg, redditlfg, chat rooms to get premade teams. But the change has made it so that I have to individually click each person in the chat room which is irritating.

Will someone clarify if this change was documented, or if it is a bug?
